I am a member of a team of eight engineers which is working on a project to install an advanced electrical system on a railcar. It is a very challenging project and requires a lot of attention and a lot of skills

It is very frustrating. The way I see it, it is a business and the government has to be very careful about what it is doing and how it is doing it. The government is very careful about how it spends the money and how it regulates the industry. There are so many things that go wrong
