I have a few ideas but the main one is to give them a lot of discipline. If you look at the last few years, there has been a lot of doping and cheating. So I think the best way to win medals in Tokyo is to have discipline and to have a lot of discipline.
A lot of the Indian athletes have been at the top of their game
